Shipping Policy
Our shipping is only available for the United States and its territories.
We ship Monday through Friday, except on holidays and scheduled events. Your orders will be shipped within five business days of being placed. A tracking number will be provided when the product ships. Unless specified otherwise, all orders will be shipped via USPS ground advantage and should be delivered within a week. However, please note that weather-related issues can affect delivery times.
At 4 Dogz Customz, we value your business and offer free standard US shipping for orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75, standard US shipping rates will be calculated based on weight, and the cost will be displayed at checkout.
If you have made a purchase from us and have yet to receive a tracking number for your order, we understand your concern and are here to assist you. To ensure that your order is on its way and ascertain the reason for the delay, please fill out the Shipping Status & Return Request Form provided below. This form will allow us to investigate the status of your order and provide you with the necessary information regarding its whereabouts.
If your product doesn't arrive at its destination and you suspect it was lost during shipping, it is recommended that you contact USPS as soon as possible. You can contact them and provide your tracking number, which you should have received when your package shipped. This will allow them to investigate the issue and help you locate your lost item. It's essential to act quickly to increase your chances of finding your product.
Returns Policy

Our hassle-free return policy allows you to return any new item within 30 days of purchase, except for custom orders and products sold as-is. Defective Products
